Up for sale is a Phase 2 quick change tool post. I believe it is NOS as it was wrapped in plastic and coated in sticky oil. It does not appear to have been used. It comes with 3 attachment tools and they are used. The quick change post does not have a handle. What you see is what you get. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET.
