Conveniently selected from position dials with marker. Holders are interchangeable with most other brands of 40 position tool post.
Tool Post: HRC 50±2 degree after heat-treatment. Tool holder: HRC 42±2 degree after heat-treatment. Knurled metal thumb screw for accurate and secure tool holding.
Basic body and tool holder are made of high-quality steel which is hardened and ground. The tool holder is clamped against the basic body by an eccentric cam system. The system allows a repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm with 40 possible angular positions of the tool holder.
