I personally use this type of tool post and its a pleasure to use. It is very rigid and is faster than taking off a normal quick change tool holder then blowing off chips and installing another. With this tool post load up to 4 holders at once and just loosen the lever and rotate to the next tool you need/ or at an angle to put a chamfer on a part and tighten the lever.
