This is a 4 piston Mini Quick change tool post, and three tool holders. All parts are made of STEEL. I bought one of the aluminum ones for my 7X14 Grizzly G0765 lathe, and was very disappointed with it. So I built my own, and it works great.

So I've decided to offer it to others. It is a four piston, so it holds the tool holder more securely. The single piston type, if your trying to clamp the holder high, or low, it try's to twist the holder. And the sloppy fitting dove tales on the aluminum tool posts make it even worse. Not with a four piston.

You will receive, (1) Four piston Quick change tool post. (1) 10X1.50 mounting bolt.

(1) Boring Bare tool holder for 3/8'' tools. (1) Parting tool holder for 1/2'' parting tools. And (1) Turning tool holder for up to 1/2'' tools. Depending on what make of lathe you have, you may have to use another size mounting bolt. If more tool holders are desired, let me know and I'll make them up for you.

The measurements of the tool post are, the dove tail area only, is approx. The body is approx, 1.750 square. From the bottom of the tool post to just under the mounting bolt is approx, 2.620 tall.

The tool holders are, 1'' square X 2'' long. Like the big boys say, I'm so sure you'll love this tool post. I haven't had one piece come back yet. Unfortunately , some people don't leave feedbacks.
